1993

In 1993 the sisters arrived at Kiziba parish where they were welcomed by the parish Priest Fr. Expedito Magembe and the parishioners with great joy and happiness.

1994

In 1994 we built our first convent in Kiziba and started our apostolate such as teaching in the parish secondary school, nursing in parish dispensary, pastoral visit to the villages, caring for the old, paying school fees for the orphan children and other charitable works.
Through the guidance of the spirit and intercession of blessed Ulrika the Mission spearheaded. The following sisters joined our Mission: Sr. Marianne and Sr. Asha from Central Province, Sr. Winnie from South Province, Sr. Susan and Sr. Deepa from North East Province.

1996

In 1996 the Bishop of Kiwinda Mityana diocese invited our Sisters to start a community at Busunju parish and collaborate with the Capuchin Fathers in their Mission.

The arrival of Sr. Marianne gave us great support in our formation. Her years of experience in the formation and her readiness to take up the novitiate encouraged us to go ahead. Sr. Annunciata from Rwanda joined our Vicariate.
The presence of each and every one of the Sisters contributed for the development and growth of our Mission.

1999

The Ugandan Mission raised to the state of Vicariate on 12th february 1999.

Sr. Amala Kunnath became the first Vicariate Superior of Vicariate Uganda. Her team members were Sr. Marianne, Sr. Veera Bara and Sr. Asha Gidh.

The first batch of 4 Sisters from the soil of Uganda made their 1st profession in Kiziba.
They were:
Sr. Sarah Nabaggala, Sr. Margret Nnassuuna, Sr. Gertrud Nampera and Sr. Mariedita Kabajungu

2000

Our Vicariate House was built in Namugongo Parish where we have the Shrine of the Ugandan Martyrs. Here we planned to start the Novitiate which is for 2 years. The Vicariate House is a common house where the sisters fromĀ our communities come togehter for different purposes.

2001

The sisters were invited by the then Right Rev. bishop Kizito Lwanga Kasana Luweero Diocecese to visit the parishes and choose the one where they wished to serve the people in their need. When they saw Kikyusa parish and met the people they were ready to be there and render their service accoring to the need of the people.

2008

Sister Lisa Mudoor was chosen as the 2nd Vicariate Superior and a new team was formed. They are Sr. Veera, Sr. Genevieve and Sr. Gertrud.
Our Sisters began their Community at Osia Parish. This community is close to the boarder of Kenya and Uganda. Sisters arrived here with the request of Fr. Mathew the then Parish Priest of Osia Parish, to support in the socio- pastoral need of the place.

2015

We started our Mission in Bulimbo - Kenya. The parish priest and parishioner invited the sisters to render their service for the people of Bulimbo. The Sisters felt the need to start a pre-primary school which began in the old parish church.
